Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services (ILS) has three immigration attorneys and two paralegals. ILS provides services to low income individuals without regard to legal status. ILS charges a nominal fee and accepts some pro bono cases. Services provided include, but are not limited to: consultations, family reunification, adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, representation in removal proceedings, and other family or humanitarian based forms of relief. ILS is part of Catholic Charities' Migration and Refugee Services program. Catholic Charities provides a wide range of programs and services to assist refugees in becoming self-sufficient, active members of their communities. In addition, special programs are available for survivors of torture.
