New York University School of Law's Immigrant Rights Clinic (IRC) provides individuals with student representation in legal proceedings. IRC students also engage in direct legal representation of community organizations in litigation at the agency, federal court, and where necessary Supreme Court level, and in immigrant rights campaigns at the local, state, and national level.
