East Boston Ecumenical Community Council
The East Boston Ecumenical Community Council (EBECC) provides help to immigrants from accredited counselors in a variety of immigration and legal matters. Also provides with EOSL classes in the mornings, afternoons and Saturdays, GED classes, and a Youth Center.
