DESCRIPTION:CLINIC is pleased to announce a court skills t
 raining opportunity for Partially Accredited Repre
 sentatives who want to qualify and apply for full 
 accreditation to represent clients in immigration 
 court. The Partial to Full Accreditation Initiativ
 e will guide participants through activities, webi
 nars, and readings geared toward learning the skil
 ls essential for effective litigation as required 
 for full accreditation. The initiative will culmin
 ate in a 3-day court skills training in Dallas, Te
 xas, from Feb. 3-5, 2026. During the in-person tra
 ining, participants will learn essential skills fr
 om CLINIC faculty and will practice with exercises
  on direct examination, objections, preparing for 
 cross examination, re-direct examination, and clos
 ing arguments. CLINIC faculty will provide individ
 ualized feedback after each performance.
