 ween. Participants in this limited-capacity course
  will be given the opportunity to practice the ski
 lls they learn in short assignments after each cla
 ss and later receive model answers and feedback on

 l client, accepting the case, obtaining and incorp
 orating the factual evidence, conducting legal res
