LOCATION:
DESCRIPTION:How do you determine whether your client is in
admissible? This four-part webinar series provides
an in-depth examination of some of the most commo
n grounds of inadmissibility. We will explore the
following topics: fraud and false claims to citize
nship, smuggling, unlawful presence and other immi
 gration violations, crimes, health-based grounds,
public charge, and national security grounds. In a
nalyzing how these grounds are defined and interpr
eted, presenters will review when clients might fa
ll into a statutory exception and when a particula
r inadmissibility ground can be waived. We will al
so offer basic tips on how to apply for the differ
ent types of waivers. Presenters will use case exa
mples and hypothetical situations to demonstrate h
ow to screen for inadmissibility and assess waiver
  eligibility.
