ILRC attorneys will describe the current processes for filing requests and administrative appeals through the Freedom of Information Act process at USCIS, both online and with a G-639. The speakers will describe the FOIA processes and response times at  DHS components including CBP, OBIM, and ICE.  Speakers will also give an overview of ways that FOIA can be used in advocacy and to support litigation.
