Join us for March Mandamus, on the first three Wednesdays in March 2025, where you’ll get the knowledge you need to be the delay litigation MVP in federal district court! As noncitizens continue to face unreasonable adjudication delays by USCIS, practitioners should consider whether challenging the delay in federal court will protect the client’s interests. This 3-day webinar course will include:

  • Lectures on law, strategy, and procedures;
  • Review of a sample complaint and tips on drafting the complaint; and
  • Post-filing tips and best practices including how to negotiate with the AUSA.
  • CLE Credit Comments: NIPNLG will seek 4.5 CLE credits (1.50 credit hours for each 90 minute session) from the State Bar of Texas and the Washington State Bar Association for this training comprising three sessions. NIPNLG will offer a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, which allows participants to seek CLE credit with the state where they are licensed to practice law. Please note, you will only receive CLE credit for the sessions you attend live. If you have questions, please reach out to the events team at events@nipnlg.org.
