Non-Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) cancellation of removal is an important relief that is only available for individuals in removal proceedings. If granted, this form of relief allows an undocumented client to receive a green card. This webinar will review the requirements of non-LPR cancellation of removal and discuss the common obstacles to proving eligibility.
