Trainers will describe the current standards of eligibility for a full fee waiver (I-912) of certain immigration benefits, as well as the reduced fee for certain applicants for naturalization. Fee exemptions now apply to many categories of humanitarian benefits, and these do not require any fee waiver form but will be described in the webinar. The webinar will include practice tips and background on the development of these measures under the current fee rule at USCIS.
