This two-day, in-person event will offer sessions on select issues in family-based immigration, including documenting a petition, immigrating through marriage, relief for widows and other surviving relatives, adjustment of status, waivers of inadmissibility, VAWA self-petitioning, and dealing with USCIS delays. Day one of the training will feature a virtual presentation and question and answer session with USCIS Service Center representatives. Day two will feature an in-person question and answer session with Department of State National Visa Center representatives. This is a unique opportunity to ask NVC representatives questions related to the DS-260 online immigrant visa application, documentation submission, termination of registration for a visa, and other issues or concerns on consular processing.
