All About EADs

Topics:
  • Employment

Having an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) is critical to our clients but it's not always easy to figure out who qualifies for one, how and when to apply, and when a fee is required. This webinar will cover several categories of noncitizens eligible to apply for EADs, including asylum applicants, asylees, refugees, parolees, TPS holders, adjustment of status applicants, VAWA self-petitioners, U and T nonimmigrants, deferred action grantees, and others. We will also cover when work authorization is automatically extended, when and how to renew an EAD, and when a fee waiver is available.
