This webinar will cover the different ways that naturalization applicants with disabilities can navigate the USCIS application with possible accommodations, a waiver of the English/civics requirement, and/or a waiver of the oath requirement. The different statutory history, regulations, and administrative guidance for these three provisions will be covered. Speakers will describe the 2022 changes to the USCIS Form N-648 and the USCIS Policy Manual for the disability waiver of the English/civics requirement and offer practice tips.
