The National Immigration Litigation Alliance invites you to join a webinar covering the fundamentals of taking depositions of immigration officers. Attendees will learn how to prepare for and take depositions of law enforcement officers as well as immigration officials providing testimony on behalf of an immigration agency. Attendees will also gain a better understanding of strategic considerations behind deposition
techniques and issues particular to remote depositions.

This webinar will be hosted by civil rights attorney Jonathan H. Feinberg and moderated by NILA fellow, Aidan Langston. Mr. Feinberg is an experienced civil rights and criminal defense litigator, an adjunct instructor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and president of the National Police Accountability Project. He regularly co-counsels and consults with public interest organizations and immigration attorneys, and represents several
mothers and children subjected to the Trump administration's family separation policy.
