During this webinar the Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC), Detention Watch Network (DWN), and Ceres Policy Research will be releasing their new report on the link between ICE detention beds and ICE arrests. This new research relies on ICE arrest data from over 2,500 counties in the United States.  It shows that if you build it, ICE will fill it. This webinar will include a panel of experts across all three organizations who will discuss the data as well as the policy implications.
