Immigrant victims of crime in the US may be fearful to report crimes or seek help because of their immigration status. However, US law provides immigrant victims of crimes several protections. Victims of violent crimes, like domestic violence or human trafficking, may qualify for U or T visas.

Join the City of Philadelphia's Office of Domestic Violence Strategies and the Office of Immigrant Affairs for a panel presentation on U and T visa certification.

Speakers will be representatives from the the United States Citizen and Immigration Services Office of Policy and Strategy, Nationalities Service Center, HIAS, and the Philadelphia Police Department, Philadelphia Department of Human Services, and Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.
