Part of a four-part webinar series covering acquisition and derivation of citizenship and the requirements for naturalization including continuous residence, physical presence, good moral character, the civics and English-language requirements, and the oath of allegiance. The series will also review the naturalization application process, including screening applicants, and tips for completing and submitting the N-400.

In webinar four, we will cover the naturalization application process, including screening applicants, completing and submitting the N-400, and preparing clients for the naturalization interview. Presenters will also discuss the oath of allegiance and the waiver available for disabled applicants unable to understand or communicate an understanding of the oath.
