Please join the Center for Gender & Refugee Studies (CGRS) for a webinar on appellate practice before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) in asylum, withholding of removal, and Convention Against Torture claims. This training will discuss governing procedural rules, deadlines, and strategies at the BIA. This training will also include tips for writing effective and compelling appellate briefs.
