Overview of Immigration Law Training

The NYIC's Overview of Immigration Law course will provide an introduction to immigration law for practitioners new to the field. This training is aimed at nonprofit staff seeking partial DOJ accreditation, which allows individuals to represent clients before agencies of DHS, and attorneys new to immigration practice.
