People don't need to be locked up in detention while trying to navigate the complex U.S. immigration system.  A better, more humane approach exists--often in people's own communities.

They spoke with nearly 250 nonprofit organizations across the country to assess the type of services they provide--such as legal, housing, transportation, social, and medical support--and what they need to continue this important work.
