Please join The Door’s Legal Services Center for a live online public conversation about the role of strategic litigation in the fight to preserve the rights of immigrant youth. Counsel from the ACLU, the Legal Aid Society and the National Center for Youth Law will discuss the strategies behind some of the most critical lawsuits of this political moment and the issues they sought to address including: family separation, the rights of unaccompanied children in detention, the unlawful arrest and detention of juveniles based on unfounded gang allegations, and the unlawful denial of SIJS applications.
