Due to popular demand, from our first virtual Charla we hosted earlier this month, we will be hosting a second Charla featuring women from El Barrio! For this virtual event, women from El Barrio, members of Movement for Justice in El Barrio, will discuss the organization’s movement-building for justice organizing pre-COVID and how they’ve rapidly shifted organizational efforts to support their immigrant neighbors in El Barrio during this difficult and unprecedented moment.
