In this time of enhanced enforcement, practitioners face new challenges assisting clients in the family-based immigration process. This intensive two-day training provides updated information and analysis on selected topics in family-based immigration, including increased risks to applicants of being placed in removal proceedings if their petitions or applications are denied.
