Join the MSBA’s Consumer Litigation section for a lively panel discussion about the challenges our legal system poses for our immigrant clients and colleagues. A culturally diverse panel of practicing attorneys will discuss how lawyers can address biases their opposing party or opposing counsel may have towards immigrant clients, how cultural differences affect consumer transactions and litigation, and possible action items for lawyers to better serve their immigrant clients and support their immigrant colleagues. The engaging format of this CLE will allow participants to join in the discussion and ask questions to our panelists.

Prior to the CLE program, the Consumer Litigation Section will conduct their Annual Meeting & Elections. Lunch is included with your registration.
