This is the first webinar in the "Selected Issues in Inadmissibility" series. CLINIC will discuss the INA § 212(a)(6) grounds of inadmissibility. This webinar will cover three important inadmissibility grounds: health-related, public charge, and security-related grounds. Some of your clients have used drugs or been convicted of a DUI. Or they may be considered likely to become a public charge based on their age, health, family status, assets, resources, financial status, education, and skills. Presenters will provide current information, analysis and tips related to these grounds.
