This is the third webinar in the "Selected Issues in Inadmissibility" series. CLINIC will discuss the INA § 212(a)(6) grounds of inadmissibility. This webinar examines INA § 212(a)(2), the grounds of inadmissibility relating to criminal conduct. These include convictions or admissions of crimes involving moral turpitude, multiple criminal convictions, and drug offenses. We will cover what makes a "conviction" for immigration purposes, as well as how to locate and analyze immigration records.
