This is the third webinar in the "Selected Issues in Inadmissibility" series. CLINIC will discuss the INA ยง 212(a)(6) grounds of inadmissibility. This webinar examines INA ยง 212(a)(2), the grounds of inadmissibility relating to criminal conduct. These include convictions or admissions of crimes involving moral turpitude, multiple criminal convictions, and drug offenses. We will cover what makes a "conviction" for immigration purposes, as well as how to locate and analyze immigration records.
