This is the fourth webinar in the "Representing Refugees and Asylees in Challenging Times" series.
Your client’s long journey has finally come to the last stage: U.S. citizenship. This webinar will discuss issues special to refugees and asylees in the naturalization process and updates to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services de-naturalization process. We will also discuss when and how asylum and refugee termination issues arise, and strategies to represent your client when USCIS attempts to terminate status. Finally, we will discuss how your client can travel, when it is advisable for your client to travel, and potential risks and consequences of traveling as an asylee or refugee.
