Combatting Immigration Services Fraud

Topics:
  • Immigration Fraud

Every day new policy changes make it more challenging for immigrants to navigate the U.S. complex immigration system. Now more than ever, immigrants need qualified practitioners to provide trustworthy guidance to assist them in understanding their immigration options and making the best choices for their families. Unfortunately, dishonest individuals are using this difficult time as an opportunity to take advantage of families’ vulnerability and misrepresent themselves as authorized experts on immigration matters, provide misleading information about people’s legal options, and demand unreasonably excessive fees for their wrong advice. Providing bad services with no consequence is not acceptable in any industry, including immigration services.
