After numerous heated debates and legal battles, United States federal courts have ordered that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program remain in place for the next two years. However, many questions remain about the future for the almost 800,000 DACA beneficiaries. Individuals currently granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) program face a similar level of uncertainty,  as TPS programs for Haiti, El Salvador, and Honduras are set to expire within the next 12 months. Presented by renowned immigration lawyer Mark Drucker, this event will review the current state of law for both DACA and TPS, offer details on upcoming changes to the programs, and provide possible pathways for immigrants to obtain lawful permanent residence in the United States.
