40 Hour Training

This training is a 40-hour course to help not-for-profit organizations and non-attorneys obtain DOJ recognition and accreditation. DOJ recognition and accreditation allows non-attorney staff of recognized agencies to represent individuals before U.S. immigration authorities. Recommended for persons interested in applying for DOJ accreditation.
