Esperanza is a public interest legal organization serving the most vulnerable immigrants in the Los Angeles area. We provide direct representation and community education to unaccompanied children and adults in detention who cannot afford legal representation in their deportation proceedings.This training is intended to teach attorneys how to prepare for bond hearings. We will review the law, the process, and include lots of practical advice.
