While the fate of TPS for currently designated countries is uncertain, it is still necessary to start preparing clients and the community for potential terminations. This training will cover: current TPS designations and anticipated timelines for determinations on termination/extension; advising and screening clients for other forms of relief; how designated countries are supporting their diaspora in the United States; and CLINIC’s advocacy efforts to defend TPS and other forms of humanitarian relief.
