This intensive two-day training will offer workshops for both new and experienced practitioners on a variety of family-based immigration law topics. It will address how the new administration’s policies may impact processing of relative petitions, the affidavit of support, removal of conditions, adjustment of status and other family-based immigration benefits. Participants will have the opportunity to choose from sessions focusing on the fundamentals of the family-based process and sessions dealing with more complex issues geared toward more experienced advocates.
