VulnerableCare Services (VCS), administered by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops/Migration and Refugee Services (USCCB/MRS), supports local service providers with per-capita funding to provide intensive case management to vulnerable eligible newcomers. With VCS, agencies can address their clients’ overall needs through services such as: health referrals; public benefits enrollment; connection to adequate food, shelter, and clothing; job counseling and referrals; enrollment in English language training; orientation to community services and public transportation.

Eligible clients include:

  • Refugees
  • Asylees
  • Cuban and Haitian Entrants
  • Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders
  • Victims of Human Trafficking

If your agency assists eligible clients who need case management services to support their self-sufficiency as newcomers, please join the USCCB/MRS VulnerableCare Services Coordinator on this webinar to learn more about how VCS can support your agency and the clients you serve.
