New Identity Verification Process for USCIS Immigrant Fee

Topics:
  • Identification Issues

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a webinar to discuss updates to the USCIS Immigrant Fee payment process. We have developed an online identity verification process to give new immigrants paying the USCIS Immigrant Fee a chance to create a USCIS online account so that they can track the status of their Green Card and change their address if they move. This process allows us to verify a customer’s identity remotely, which provides additional security to the customer’s USCIS online account by ensuring that only the new immigrant can access and update their information. Customers who previously paid the USCIS Immigrant Fee will also have the opportunity to create an online account and complete the identity verification process. During this webinar, USCIS officials will provide an overview of the identity verification process when paying the USCIS Immigrant Fee and answer questions.
