Join us for this open forum meeting and hear directly from the government officials whose decisions affect your practice and clients. Learn about the latest policy changes as our distinguished faculty engages officials from DOL, USCIS, the CIS Ombudsman?s Office, EOIR, CBP Field Operations, CBP Border Patrol, ICE, and DOS. Each panel will address the latest issues and hot topics in agency adjudications, and provide a summary of the most recent liaison meeting discussions. The conference also will include an interagency panel to discuss and provide guidance on overlapping agency issues. Hold your legislators accountable for immigration policies that help families and businesses, promote economic growth, and protect immigrants? rights. Come a day early and participate in the AILA National Day of Action on April 6. Registration is free and all are welcome.

Your registration includes admission to CLE Sessions, an electronic copy of the conference handbook, opportunities to network, and a copy of the attendee list.   • CLE Credit Comments: AILA will file for CLE credits in appropriate jurisdictions. Eligible participants can receive up to 9 total in 50 minute jurisdictions and up to 7.5 total credits in 60 minute jurisdictions. To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record sessions attended and CLE codes provided at each session via webCLE. More information on jurisdictions approving this program for CLE credit will be available closer to the conference date. Live attendance must be recorded by April 14, 2017. This deadline does not apply to the download format. Please Note: CLE credits not reported on webCLE by the published deadline will be subject to an administrative late fee to cover incurred costs.
