Please join ASISTA Executive Director Gail Pendleton and Senior Policy Counsel Cecelia Friedman Levin for an interactive webinar on "Effective Response to RFEs and Denials in VAWA and U cases." In this webinar, we will discuss best practices in responding to Requests for Further Evidence (RFEs) from the Vermont and Nebraska Service Centers, focusing on issues that arise in U visa and VAWA self-petition cases. This webinar will also discuss emerging policy and adjudication trends as it relates to survivor-based forms of immigration relief, and include significant time for Q & A on how the advent of a new Administration and Congress is likely to affect survivor options.
