"Immigration Program Management Techniques and Strategies" introduces participants to the best practices for program management of a charitable legal immigration services program. This four-week course covers the basic components of effective immigration legal services program management. Throughout the course, participants will learn best practices in staffing, case management, and financial management, as well as strategies to acquire the necessary space, equipment and tools needed for an efficiently-operating program. An optional session on Board of immigration Appeals (BIA) Recognition and Accreditation will also be included as the fifth week session. Webinars will take place every Wednesday 2:00-3:00 EST from January 18, 2017 through February 22, 2017.
