The Practising Law Institute will be offering a free webcast of a live presentation from New York, NY entitled Representing Children in Immigration Matters 2016: Effective Advocacy and Ethical Best Practices. Attorneys interested in representing children in immigration matters will learn the framework for key forms of legal relief, including Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) and asylum. Faculty will discuss fundamentals and also will examine practical tips for addressing complex issues that arise in these cases.
