This webinar will review certain waivers in immigration law requiring the applicant to prove hardship. We will cover hardship waivers for inadmissibility for fraud or misrepresentations, certain criminal offenses, and unlawful presence. After reviewing the waivers and their requirements, we will discuss common hardship factors and provide an overview of the new guidance from USCIS. The webinar will conclude with pointers on how to craft a winning hardship case, including how to work with your client, gather compelling evidence, and frame your client’s story.
