Please join the Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman for a public webinar on our 2016 Annual Report.  Specific areas discussed in the 2016 Annual Report include: asylum backlogs, beneficiary standing in employment-based immigrant petitions, background checks, naturalization, fee waivers, and processing time delays. Pursuant to Homeland Security Act § 452(c), the Report contains a “summary of the most pervasive and serious problems encountered by individuals and employers” seeking immigration benefits before USCIS.
