  • By: American Immigration Lawyers Association
  • Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel
Topics:
  • Waivers

Unlawful presence, health-related issues, or bad behavior can cause big problems for your client when he or she applies for naturalization, a green card, or enters the United States on a temporary basis. This conference will focus exclusively on waivers and will emphasize practical pointers, recent substantive developments, and useful strategies that you can utilize whether you are a seasoned practitioner or just starting out. The panelists will cover waiver usage in removal proceedings, administrative filings, and consular processing. The conference will also address ethical considerations. Whether your practice maintains an emphasis on waivers or handles them on an occasional basis, this conference should not be missed!
