Advanced Issues on T and U visas and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to participate in a webinar on advanced issues regarding the T and U visas and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), immigration relief for victims for human trafficking, domestic violence, and other serious crimes. During this webinar, representatives from the USCIS Office of Policy and Strategy and the Vermont Service Center will provide updates on the T and U visa and VAWA programs. Upon the conclusion of this overview, participants will have the opportunity to engage with subject matter experts through a question and answer session. Please note that case-specific inquiries will not be addressed during this webinar. Participants may submit questions in advance; speakers will provide comments and updates based on the pre-submitted questions. Please submit questions by Friday, April 22, 2016 at 5 PM (Eastern) to T_U_VAWATraining@uscis.dhs.gov with the subject line “May 18 webinar.”
