This webinar will discuss current practice for filing waivers for clients with unlawful presence. This webinar will provide an overview of the grounds of inadmissibility for unlawful presence and the available waivers. We will cover the I-601A process, including latest policy developments and new regulations. Additionally, we will discuss the traditional I-601 waiver and when this waiver must be used instead of the provisional process. This webinar is a great complement to the Hardship in Waivers webinar.
