Conference Program:
This conference will include government officials, members of the AILA Executive Committee and AILA's top immigration practitioners. The conference will cover administrative and legislative changes in immigration law and practice, employment-based immigration issues including government audits and site visits, family-based immigration issues including information on DACA and the new provisional waiver process, and hot topics in litigation including disciplinary processes before the immigration courts. The conference also includes 1.0 credit for professional responsibility. The conference program is available for review.
