    -Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals: Basic Eligibility Requirements and Implementation Updates
    -This session will discuss the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals initiative that was announced in a June 15, 2012 memorandum authored by DHS Secretary Napolitano. The memorandum specifies that young people who meet specified criteria will be eligible to apply for deferred action for two years and apply for work authorization. The session will cover the basic eligibility criteria, how to apply for DACA, what evidence should be included in a DACA application, updates on how the policy is being implemented, and resources for attorneys who want more information.
