This advanced seminar will include a panel of U Visa experts and seasoned practitioners to discuss the issues that come up for advocates representing more complex cases. This will include issues related to crimes and other inadmissibility issues committed post-U approval, revocation and deportability, adjustment of status, travel and consular processing, removal issues and petitioning qualifying family members with the I-929.
