40-Hour Course for Immigration Advocates

The 13-week course will follow the Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) curriculum and qualifying students will be eligible to receive the ILRC 40-hour Certificate. The course will also focus on the use of the INA (Immigration Nationality Act) regulations and the DHS (Department of Homeland Security), the EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review), and the DOS (Department of State) manuals. Space for the class class is limited to 20 participants and admission to the course will therefore be on a first-come first-serve basis.

Cost:
The cost of the course is $250.00. Tuition does not include the 2-volume textbook: The Guide for Immigration Advocates, which costs $180.00.
