Please join Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman Maria Odom and her staff. The Ombudsman's Office will discuss recently released Formal Recommendations highlighting proposed and ongoing follow-up actions. We will also discuss Ombudsman Case Assistance Online, implemented in late 2011, which improves our handling of requests for assistance from individuals and employers seeking immigration benefits and services.
